We got the chance to return to USM Haller’s London showroom, this time to see Nomads, a new installation with German-based illustrator, artist, designer and author Olaf Hajek.

Transforming the showroom and its windows into a series of domestic spaces, Hajek explores how USM’s modular furniture can be used within the home, moving beyond its familiar architectural aesthetic and into a more decorative setting.

The installation is organised around four distinct environments: work, relax, sleep and lounge. Each demonstrates a different way of using the USM system, both as functional storage and as a central feature within an interior.

We visited the USM Record Shop in Marylebone last evening as part of London Design Festival, a temporary record shop built around the relationship between @usmmodularfurniture, music and the spaces we listen in.

Hans Brinkmann joins the 47Fragments talent catalogue.

We first featured Hans through 47 Interviews in 2025, where we spoke to him about his life, creative process and the way he manages his content from Paris. Since then, his presence has become clearer, sitting between model, creative and online figure.

His image has already moved through fashion weeks, Instagram, Pinterest and brand work with big names, but what makes him interesting is the consistency. His style feels self-directed rather than overly produced.

For 47Fragments Talent, Hans makes sense because the roster is built around fit. Not just who looks good in a campaign, but who already carries a defined visual world before the brief arrives.

IRL started as an idea rooted in community, a series of in-person events built around beauty, connection, and a shared sense of space. What existed before was fragmented. Visuals changed from post to post, messaging lacked consistency, and there was no clear structure holding everything together.
